Daughter found a shorter hair in her sandwich. She has long hair and my husband has no hair. This was a employee's hair. Her sandwich sauces were dry as well. Sadly she found the hair on the indide of the sandwich, on one end after eating a good amount.nnSubway is her favorite. She won't be eatibg it again for a while and certianly not from this one.nnWake up people. You're lucky you have a job in these times, do better, it'll help you and your co-workers to keep the jobs you have. Loss of customers means less hours and job losses. Smh

The MIC was extremely rude. I placed an order online wanting to pick up at 1 and called the restaurant to make it until 1 and not the time I placed it. The guy on the phone was helpful but the MIC that was telling him what to say told him she was not going to waste any product because I was not picking up the order now. It was literally 10 min that I had placed the order. She was being very nasty and rude in spanish. Once she got on the phone I informed her that I knew exactly what she was saying because I too spoke Spanish and that she did not need to be rude because I am a frequent customer she said that the order was placed 30 mins before (which was not true at all) and that I could come pick it up now or have it sit there. I won't come back to this place anymore but I did go in there and let her know that she can not speak to customers that way.

Hate when they cut the bread uneven and give you the small part of 6in also when I say salt I mean a sprinkle not the whole mill I think her name Hayden will not be going back

Excellent customer service, not to mention fast & efficient employees! Always come here during my lunch breaks & have never had any issues whatsoever. Sandwich always made to perfection.
