Walked in and was completely ignored by the African American woman sitting at the counter. Asked about my clothes not looking pressed at all and she was quick to make excuses. The other person checked me out without a single word. Really high prices for garments that will need to be redone somewhere else. Abominable customer service!!! I won't be back.
A big pat on the back for pilgrim cleaners! I have been going to another cleaners before them and I have to say, (despite being a little pricey) they are the best!nThe girls working here are a gem! Both Señorita Tania and Miss Terra are truly great . At first I was hesitant because the previous girls were gone but I am so glad that the manager found these girls to take over and have been doing their best. It’s a tough field to deal with personalities and attitudes but they’ve done a great job handling it. I’ve recommended a lot of my neighbors to come here and so far all my block are using this pilgrims location and will continue doing so!!! FYI check the executive service if you have a hectic job like I do, it’ll come in handy!!
