Went looking for a washer and dryer. Walk in with my spouse three associates sitting at front desk didn’t even look up to greet us. We continued to look around not one of them even got up to ask if we needed help or anything. We finished looking which we saw a dryer that we wanted but we needed to know if there was a washer that matched available or able to order but of course no help. Proceeded to exit store and the looked at us and turned their heads. Lol like why do they even have a job? Because at this point they’re on the clock getting paid do nothing. I’m sitting in my car writing this review before I pull of. That’s how I’m feeling.

Love, love , love this place! Everything very reasonable! Frankie very sweet, with a customer, But acknowledged Me and came quickly. She helped Me find what I wanted. Mr. Brett, very professional, very nice. Because of Them, I would go back. I’ve told all my Friends about this place!! Loved Them wearing Their masks. Very important to do.

Went into American Freight on Westheimer and was greeted upon arrival by the assistant manager Kyle. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Also, they had answered all my questions regarding appliances especially Ms. Wendy which was amazing and kind. Didn’t know you could do financing in this location until it was brought up by Wendy which seems like a great deal but also saves the hassle of spending all your money today. I would definitely come back and recommend all friends and family. Thank you so much for the great service! It’s hard to find great customer service nowadays!!!

Dimly lit, very quiet and desolate.. still some great deals on appliances and furniture.. just don't expect much of a selection like when it was Sears outlet.

We just bought a new washer at this place. They have great prices. And they took good care of us, answered our questions and worked with us.
