Worst customer service ever. I stopped at this location a little after midnight to fill up after driving for 3 hours and when I needed to use the bathroom the cashier refused. I explained I really needed to go but he said we close it at this time until 6 AM. I tried to get manager and owner info and he tried to tell me that no owner and part of big Shell, total BS.nI am a disabled veteran and already in a lot of pain from the long drive and did not need to continue to drive looking for another place to go to the bathroom.
Good gas but BEWARE the air pumps- I usually fill up my tires from home but decided to do it here this time because they were running too low... I’m pretty sure I got my credit card stolen from the air pump I used there because the following couple of days, i received several fraudulent charges
People working are always cool and helpful but what is up with the phones...nnAnd where exactly should they smoke if they are alone? To the person who has never had a grunt job maybe... sometimes a quick smoke is what holds you together in a rough night. Or even possibly they worked through another shift where there was a no show? You never know. I come from the perspective of a smoker and I have my bias.
Shell gas stations are consistent on gas services and markets. The difference for me is the car wash. There are some good ones with nice car washes that really cleans then there are some not so great car washes.nnThis car wash is one of those less ideal. The water pressure is excellent but it lacks good soaping and brushing capacities.nnGet gas here and if your car is really dirty, and has no alternative place to go, then wash it here.
Tell your employees that if their masks are on their chin, it doesn't do any good.
