Normally I don't like to take my car through an automatic wash. Being short on time, I needed to get the pollen off my paint. It's a very straightforward operation. I pulled up to express, folded my side mirrors, and opted for a platinum wash. It felt to be too quick of a wash, perhaps next time I'll just get a basic wash. I'm satisfied though. Once I got home I touched up my car with a microfiber towel and car detailing spray. Saved me lots of time, which I'm short of these days. My paint looks lustrous in the sun!

I've come here for years, several times, different vehicles, never had an issue. Very good wash, good vacuums. Just now one of my wiper blades got knocked off in the wash. Manager was very nice, went looking for it and came back with a blade that belonged to someone else's vehicle. He nicely went back and looked a second time, apparently mine fell down the conveyor and could not be retrieved. Manager nicely apologized. I didn't ask for it to be replaced, even though I didn't turn my wipers on during the wash, I don't know where your responsibility stops. $35.00 for the replacement blade...a free wash on my next visit would have been $5. Maybe offering a couple free washes, $10, would have been asking too much to be offered but would have kept me coming back.

I was looking for a full service wash as well as extra attention inside the car (cleaning seats, shampooing carpets) and was informed that they do not offer extra services on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. They suggested I make an appointment. I can’t come on a weekday because I work.... which is why I went to a business that advertised themselves to be open and able to do these services on the weekend. No signage or social media sites mentioned the limited days for a true full service, even when you pull up on-site and read the menu.nnThis seems like a great place and I look forward to trying it again when I don’t need a super deep clean, but I feel like I wasted time expecting advertised services.

This place was so professional and cleaned my seats like they were brand new!!!!! It was my first time here and I was shocked at the quality of work they did on my car. Highly recommend and Alfanso did a great job. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Have been using it for past 2 years. Wash part is good but drying part is terrible. If you dont like to wipe your car dry then this place is not for you.
