I just moved in Friday! So far my experience has been amazing. Both Jessica and Candice have been extremely helpful and very kind. They have went above and beyond to get me taken care of and all moved in very fast.nI would suggest there apartments and their management team to everyone.

If your dream has always been to live in the housing projects....Newberry Parc is for you! The current management team is a joke to say the least! Illegal activities are overlooked, as a matter of fact I was informed that marijuana smoking is allowed in your apartment! Unruly kids destroying property, yes that's acceptable. The current manager is laughable, has no knowledge of how to operate a facility at all. Can't wait for my lease to end!

The staff is very kind and helpful. Lots of great amenities, also all utilities are included in the rent.
