This is truest the worst cleaners I have seen the employees act like you are doing them a favor by doing business with them. If you use the drive thru it’s even worst because the employees have to come to your window and they don’t like to do. Rude hateful and disrespectful and if you saw anything about there attitude they try to insinuate that your the problem. Very expensive but easy access to the location so I thought it might be worth it. I have tried to overlook the sarcasm in the employees. I would not use there services ever! No stars would have been more appropriate rating for this business.

Extremely poor customer service. I went in with my wrist in a cast and got offered no assistance to load out my garments, and I had about 30 shirts. When I asked about the “drive thru” service, I was told I drove the wrong way thru the drive thru, and still no assistance, even with my wrist in a cast.

The most rudest person I have ever met behind the counter. The prices are absolutely unbelievable. 10 shirts, dry cleaned only, no starch 84.00. Her reply to the high cost was, your in a small town and prices are higher than in Houston. 2 other customers couldn't believe the price she was charging me and we all believe she is ripping the place off. 1 of the customers had more items and starch included his total was 41.00. All three of us will be taking our business elsewhere. Hopefully she isn't the owner.

Customer service isn't good. I took clothing in, the lady behind the counter seemed annoyed and was both unhelpful and impolite. I didn't share this experience with my son, who picked up the cleaning and noted similar behavior. Dry cleaning services were fine. We'll go elsewhere for better service.

The woman that works inside this place is the rudest, most unprofessional person I’ve met or come across in Navasota. I strongly recommend using another cleaner, even if you have to drive to BCS.
