Y'all did a really good job of selling my husband a generator that SOMEONE RETURNED. Nobody apparently cared to open the box and check it out. There were visible signs of wear, including the pull/starter cable that the previous owner managed to destroy and just shove the cord back inside of the housing. We lost our electricity for almost 24 hours thanks to Entergy having a massive line failure to a good portion of Texas due to hurricane Laura. We lost two refrigerators worth of food, and had to go stay at a hotel in College Station with our small child because it was too hot to sleep. Yes, my husband got his money returned to him, and I'll still shop here cuz we love y'all, but this was one hell of a f#ck up for TS. Extremely disappointed.
Tractor Supply is one of our go to places.nThe staff is always helpful.nAnd as we live a rural life we can secure many of our needs at one place or stop.nPropane, tools, hardware, animal feed or work clothes.nI can get them at one place and the store isn't so big inside that it takes and hour just to gather up what we need.
Ever since Tre left (previous GM) the environment at TSC Navasota has been cold and unfriendly. Customer service is a -5, and no help unless one hunts them down. No eye contact, no smile, no service... smh.
I get all my critters food there. Goats, chickens, dogs and cats love their food.
Tractor supply in Navasota has always been a very clean efficient and curious store
