This is my local Tractor Supply, so I shop here a lot. The customer service is improving-there is an associate, Ken Dillard, that is attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Ken has went out of his way for my husband and I on numerous occasions. Just so you know!!!nOne thing is, Tractor Supply needs to monitor the checkout so if there is a line, someone is sent to help. Thank you.
I always enjoy shopping here. I buy my dog food here. They have a lot of cute things and my grandkids special lemon drops.
Every time I go to this tractor supply the employees are so helpful and willing to assist.
The sales person at the register was Mr Scott. Had bad attitude. Didn’t greet. Not ready to answer my doubts. Dropped the receipt to my hand. Didn’t say thank you.
Most the time I had great customer service. Once or twice had a bad experience but the other employees made up for that.
