Our women’s group had a fantastic mimosa brunch today at Prepping Sisters. Sarah and Jennifer put out quite a spread of delicious and creative food for all diets - gluten free, Keto, low calorie and all the way. They are beautiful hostesses who will make any event special. Their prices are very reasonable and the food is fresh and delicious. These ladies are more than chefs. They’re culinary artists! And as a women-owned small local business, we were especially happy to give them a try and we will be back often. What I great hidden gem in League City. Check it out! Let me just begin by saying that keto meals that the sisters make with the correct macros are more than delicious. I was originally referred to them by a lady who works at RxBodyFx because I was really struggling with making keto meals for myself. Then I met Sarah, one of the sisters that has helped me more than I can even explain. I buy 10 meals a week. I pick up my meals twice a week at their store in League City. Once I get there, we always chat about life and what's on the menu, she is very encouraging and always let's me sample some sort of dessert that she is trying out or has perfected. She has become my keto sponsor because she is so knowledgeable about the diet, makes sure I'm taken care, and if I'm stressed because I haven't lost as many pounds as I'd like that week...she seems to always know exactly what to say to put my mind back on track.nLet me get back to the food ....OMG...so good and reasonably priced ( they also deliver, if needed). I highly recommend anyone that needs help or just doesn't have enough time to make the keto meals, to become a customer of the Prepping Sisters. You will not regret it.
