They lost my 2 pairs of levis jeans , never return my call as promise , they won't answer the phone and when I go up there all they say the owner will call me , never going back , do not go to this place there so irresponsible!!!! Is already been since February 2020 this is ridiculous!!!

Just to make things clear here! If you have any items that have silk, rayon,nylon,polyester or linen. These fabrics must be drycleaned! We will proudly launder them with a risk release signed. Putting these items in laundry will cause damage to the material. I have been an employee for Ryan's for many years. We take pride in how we take care of our customers belongings. As price wise just like anything you pay for what you get! Thanks all for commenting have a wonderful blessed day!

Terrible. My wife took one of my expensive dress shirts to have a stain taken out. They blew a hole right threw the fabric and tried to make her pay for the service. She refused to pay and told them how they ruined the shirt. They told her they would fix it free of charge. The picture is their 'fix.' This is above the belt line and is completely visible. When she went to pick it up, they tried to make her pay for the fix and having it cleaned & pressed again. She was less than pleased to say the least. The shirt is ruined and they did not even offer to purchase a new one or give us money to find a replacement. I wore the shirt only once and now it is an expensive grease rag. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!

Wish I would have read the reviews before using this place !!! My wife took a shirt there to have dry cleaned . It was 8:07 the 24 th of October. She told the lady it’s for a special event Saturday. So the ticket say QUICK an pick up on the 26th .. Well guess what I went there an no shirt ... Said it’s in Kingwood... so today the 27 th I have a wedding to go to so wife went back to pick up the shirt .. guess what ... no shirt !!!! Will not use this place again an if I ever get my shirt before my 6 year old son gets married I’m not paying for their service!!!

We recently moved to Seabrook from League City. We use the dry cleaners regularly on a weekly basis. We want to support the local businesses in the community that we now live in. So we took 12 pieces of clothing...my husbands dress shirt for laundering, a casual dress a couple of light weight sweaters and 2 pairs of pants to Ryan's Dry Cleaners on Hwy 146. We were shocked when we picked up our clothes and were told the amount due was $77.40. We will NOT be using Ryan's Cleaners again! I guess we will be driving back to League City where this order would have been almost $50 less! The prices at Ryan's Dry Cleaners on Hwy 146 are outrageous and ridiculous! Never again!ud83dude21
