Would NOT have alterations done here EVER. Dry cleaning, probably not a problem. They send all the alterations to a lady that never comes to the shop. Long story short, they didn't alter the sleeves of my coat, they just rolled them back on themselves and hemmed a line to hold it in place. This caused my coat to fit improperly and the sleeves to have a wrinkle in them instead of strait from shoulder to cuff. They also messed up the 4 buttons on each cuff. How hard is it to put the buttons on correctly. One row of four buttons looked drunk and the other looked crippled. I would of been happy had they told me the work could not be done. Instead they chose to mess up a $400 coat and lose the extra buttons. I talked to another alterations place who knew how to do it. I have also had this done with other coats in the past (when I lived in North Carolina) and never had it messed up anything like this. - May be this is a decent local cleaner but NOT a place for Alterations. - They did refund the charge for the alteration. They didn't compensate me for the gas back and fourth 3 times, my lost buttons, or time wasted though.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The staff is friendly. However the pricing is ridiculous. I have gotten the same cloths cleaned for 1/2 of what they charged. Go to any other dry cleaner in the clear lake area for a cheaper price. Same quality of cleaning.

Would never ever use this place again!!!! I brought my shoes to get repaired. Three weeks went by and NEVER heard the status on my shoes. I happened to call and check the status of my shoes and they were ready for pick up for 2 weeks, but NO ONE CALLED to tell me. When I asked why no one called me to let me know shoes were ready, the lady told me that its the CUSTOMER's responsibility to to call and check to see if order ready. I am sorry, but the customer should NOT have to follow up!!!! When I picked them up I did NOT received an APOLOGY and NO regard for their actions. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Waiting for the owner to call me.
