My tech from Gei plumbing was fantastic. He was on time, quick, got the job done the right way, and was very immediate when it came to letting me know what was going on. My resident was very happy with him and I will be using him in the future for any plumbing needs. Thank you for all your hard work! And I also want to give a shout out to Kelly who helps him. Every time we spoke, she was super sweet and they are both just very genuine people.
I have had a great experience with GEI Plumbing Services Missouri City services! This company went well above and beyond what I expected in friendliness, service and installation. They were willing to answer all of my questions and were honest and up front about their service. Watching them install an air conditioner and heater allowed me to see the pride they take in their work and in making sure it is done right. I know I can trust GEI Plumbing Services Missouri City with any future maintenance and repair of my AC and heater.
We had a major emergency main line sewer back and GEI Plumbing Services came fast to assist. These guys have super nice equipment. I was impressed with the vans and service. After clearing the blockage they sent the camera to see what was going on in the line. They found major roots in the line. They came back the next day and replaced the bad section of pipe. They were good priced for good work.
Very happy with the work completed in a timely fashion despite the weather. I am embarrassed that I don't remember the young man's name that GEI Plumbing Services Missouri City sent to do the work. He was however very professional, quick and tidy. I would be happy to recommend him.
Sales staff and technicians were both right on time (actually just a few minutes early) and extremely polite, professional and efficient. The work was performed as promised, and I was billed exactly what I was quoted. The price was great and I even got a discount for paying on the day of service. I would highly recommend them!
