I just have to say that you guys have an employee there by the name of DRE, who is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He went ABOVE and BEYOND in taking of care of my order. I work in the food delivery establishment and was having a pretty bad afternoon. Dre could tell and helped me get my order in correctly and did it with a smile and a real caring attitude. I observed him, while waiting for the order, as he took care of other customers and his smile, calming attitude and a real genuine care for the customers and their orders, while very busy, was humbling to watch. This young man is going places in life and I felt incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to meet him. Whatever Whataburger is paying him, is not enough. Give this young man a raise!! Great job Dre!!!! Much respect sir!!

My Grandson came in from Basic Training and stopped to get him a meal. His order and one for his grandpa, mom and little brother was served fairly fast, for drive through. Everything was in the order and hot as well. The drinks and milk shakes were placed into a carrying container and kept us from have drinks in my SUV. Thanks, that was very much appreciated. They asked if he needed condiments and also placed into our meal bag. Great service and polite as well.

8 months ago. The service wasn't great. My last few visits have been pretty awesome great job. Fresh food and good service.

I mean...how hard is it to cook a piece of chicken correctly? Took a bite of my sandwich not thinking anything about it and the meat was so tough i had to spit it out because i couldn’t chew thru it. I take a look and the it’s completely burnt on one side...this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the food and service from this location. Doesn’t make since you call or go back there to complain because it won’t change anything. I’m done with them completely!!

French fries were cold and soggy by the time I drove home about 3 minutes. I thought the fries were a little thicker. The fires I got were like shoestring fries. Burgers were good. Onion rings were still hot and good.
