Quick response and very happy wait staff. Clean surrounding inside. No pictures due to the weather. By being a private contract delivery runner, picture taking removes the timeliness expectation delivering an item to the customer; hence there are no pictures more often.
Always great quality chicken. Their drive-thru lines can get long, but they move quickly due to the efficient staff.

I came to canes tonight to get food after a 18 hour work shift, I got there close to 12am. I ordered a box combo. I only received 3 (not 4) strips that tasted worse than usual. Fries were old and I got a NEGATIVE head shake from the employees after she handed me the food (almost like she was in disbelief that people get off of from work the same time they do and need food).....Canes, gotta stress to your employees that 12 am close time doesn't mean 11. Don't want a messed up order with attitude on the side because your employees want to go home.
It's great their chicken strips are a good size unlike the one on 59/Kirkwood but the lines are super long at this location
