I gave my curtains for dry cleaning. One came back extremely damaged with all the threads pulled out. They couldn't tell me what happened, and then I had to argue to claim reimbursement for something they damaged. After a few weeks of arguing they finally paid for reimbursement and said that in the future they will no longer be responsible for any damages that occur to items THEY DRY CLEAN!
I put the comforter in the cleaner sometime ago in which I have done before and initially I believe I lost my ticky so when I found my ticket I went back there to retrieve my items and they told me it was no guarantee past 30 days and there my comforter was nowhere to be found she says my ticket with old no resolution whatsoever so they have basically given my conference or a way to someone I will never use them again poor service poor customer service poor reaction it's a some giving someone stuff away just sad
Only went here once and it was like 4 years ago. Damaged doesn't even describe what they did to my shirt. It was ANNIHILATED.
Started going when it first opened and never had issues but it went downhill when management changed. They ruined a shirt and didn't care or even try to make it right. They said it was my fault and that I took it in like that, no accountability at all and denied it was even possible that it could have happened there. No apologies, nothing. Never went back. Can't wait for the old owners to open up their new place.
