I don't go to washateria very often so it always feels unfamiliar. All the machines have easy to understand instructions and the change machine had plenty of quarters. I was laundering cat beds and a comforter all too large for my home washer. I left with items slightly damp to finish in home dryer. I was done in about an hour which was quicker than expected. The place is clean and I felt safe. I did not have interaction with staff, but I noticed they were pleasant as they interacted with other customers.
I love it. Its always clean. The dyers dry real good..gets real hot.
I used there was dry and fold and everything was perfect.
These place needs to be remodeled. They keep it clean but it's raggedy. I know they make plenty of money so they should use some if it to put in new modern machines.
