It was my first experience. Everything was perfect... Great customer service. Was initially concerned about the cost, but it wasn't nearly as bad and the results were outstanding! Clothing smelled great and was clean clean clean, perfectly folded, all wrapped in plastic and in clean strong duffle bags. I will definitely use them from now on. Had laundry and dry cleaning done. Best job ever! So glad I discovered them!
The dry cleaning was great. The customer service when I dropped off the clothes was poor. The female was RUDE. I utilized the free promotion for Texas Storm victims. My sister utilized a different location and had an awesome experience. The female , Tracy who helped when I picked up order was extremely nice and professional
Tide Cleaners laundered a king size comforter that was water damaged during the recent ice storm. We had washed the comforter but it was stained from the rust in the pipes.nAfter such a harrowing experience, it was wonderful to talk with the ladies who did the intake. They were thoughtful as well as kind and professional.nI will certainly take all items that need special care to Tide Cleaners.nThank you so very much for your promotion that allowed the comforter to be cleaned for free.nThat was such a help.
I had a massive flood due to winter storm and can not do laundry... I loved the service and my clothes are so clean... I did receive an email after I turned in clothes to get a free bag washed... I do have another bag ready for tomorrow so I can use my free bag... but will have a bag or more with a family of four.
