Took a blazer to get dry cleaned and they frayed the material near one of the cuffs. I brought the jacket back to get a refund and to try and resolve the problem, and the employee INSISTED that I had done this to the jacket. Do yourself a favor and do NOT bring any of your clothes here, unless you want them to be destroyed and then get personally blamed for it. Disgraceful business and extremely unprofessional. Shameful.
Don’t let the location fool you. This cleaners is overpriced. The lady at the desk jacked up my alterations on my pants. She accused me of bringing an alternate set of paints. She then had the nerve to invite me to give my paints to them again but insisted that I would be charged. If I had the time, I would picket this place and discourage other customers from wasting their money on folks that don’t value customers. You will be better off at a less expensive cleaners further down highway 6. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. AVOID this place.
Very high prices. I started only going there when in a big hurry due to the very high prices. Had a hole in a blouse that was not there before I took it on. When I pointed it out,the lady swore they didn’t do it. When I pointed out that most cleaners call before cleaning any item with a potential problem before proceeding, she swore they tried to call me. I pulled out my phone and said show me from my recent call list what day and time you called me, she couldn’t give me an answer but continued to argue about the hole.
Worst dry cleaner around. Not only is the woman rude, but they do an extremely shotty job
Dry cleaning prices are very high and they messed up an alteration on my pants by taking it in too much then told me I would have to pay again to have it fixed.
