I used this cleaners for about a year.. I started to notice I was missing clothes.. I never thought that the cleaners was “stealing” it.. well after reading all these reviews I wouldn’t be surprised if they DID. I’m missing like 3 brand new pretty expensive blouses. My husband is missing a few polos, even my kids are missing a couple of polo shorts. I take my nice clothes to the cleaners cuz I don’t wanna ruin them, just to have this place steal my stuff. When I asked them about our stuff they said they didn’t have it.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst dry cleaners around. Lost our clothes. Gave us the run around for a few days. No compensation. Horrible management. Horrible service. Save yourself the headache and do not waste your money or time.
The customer service was great , they upgraded to a new system!!!! Which it even says ur name . The girls at the front were so nice and super helpful the owner opened the door for me as I walked out w hands full of clothes. I recommend
Worst dry cleaners in the area. Cheap price but sub par service. I have had clothes lost, delayed and the manager has a sour attitude. Many better places than this one. Save money and trouble go somewhere else.
They lost 3 of my shirts that my wife got me for Christmas I only wore them 2 times “$99 a pice”nThey said look for the old owners I don’t have the time to sue them I know the new owner is responsible but it’s just too hard. Just be aware of there Incompetency
