The ladies that worked there at the hwy 6 location in Missouri city were so helpful I needed my clothes back asap and they went above and beyond and went the extra mile just so I could get them back in time for my interview the next day amazing job!

I read the reviews on here and was hesitant but since they were from a few years ago I gave them a chance and I took some clothes and they did not disappoint. I had a stubborn stain on a shirt that wouldn’t come out and I don’t know how they did it but it looked brand new and it was ready for the next day. I will be coming here more often they did such a good job on my clothes ud83dude0a and also they try their best to answer any questions you may have.

I have been their regular customer for more than a year until they charged me for a service which I hadn't requested for my shirts. I realized I have to pay more only after the service was done. They made a point not to tell me in advance when I dropped it off or call me & tried their best to make a point that I'm at fault. You have to assume things when you drop it off for service here.nI chose this location over convenience but would rather opt for a better service at a different location.

We have used Brite Touch for years because of their typically good service and friendly employees. However, this month, we finally met their manager, who proved they do not want our business. They lost a bag of our laundry, which they found yesterday after two weeks of searching. If that was the entire issue, we would still be their customers. However, in the process of them figuring out their mistake, the manager claimed to have reviewed video tape that showed my wife at their cleaners but with no bag of laundry. The manager denied that my wife dropped off the bag of laundry that they eventually found and claimed supporting video footage. In short, the manager called a long time customer a bold faced liar. They also charged us full price for a 2 week turnaround on their 1 day service promise. We will choose to spend our money elsewhere going forward.nnUPDATEnThe owner called and apologized. He was very polite and professional. The incident occurred when he was out on vacation. He told me the manager has been dismissed. He credited the charge for the cleaning ($18) and offered $100 in free cleaning services. I declined the $100 and asked him to give $100 to the employee who was kind to my wife and honest throughout the ordeal. That's a fair response reflecting that he cares about his long time customer base.
