Upon arrival I was greeted by the manager. She had a smile and was very friendly. She informed me that it’d be about an hour for them to finish my car she walked me inside and offered me refreshments and the remote to the tv. Every 15 minutes or so she popped in to give me updates on my car and made sure I was still comfortable. The customer service was beyond outstanding and the detail service had my car looking and smelling like it was fresh off the lot. I wish I could’ve given 10 stars. I highly highly recommend Sparkles of League City to everyone. They’ve earned a customer for life.

Premises are small but fully equipped for a self service car wash. The vaccum lasted longer than expected for a dollar and washing system worked as expected with no issues. Good place to wash and clean your vehicle

I use to come here all the time before the new owners and they did great. Now, it’s terrible! I went several months ago and it wasn’t good. Basic stuff didn’t get done. Truck was still dirty! Today I decided to try again. Dropped it off and they said they would call when it was ready. That never happened. I told the girl up front to make sure they wiped certain things down because they didn’t last time. So after 2.5 hours I went back and it was ready. No call, which is fine! I get in and it’s the normal. Windshield has streaks all over it, bug stains still, mirrors not wiped down, seats not wiped down. Cup holders not cleaned. Radio touch screen dusty still, outside behind the wheels on the bottom still had dirt. Was just terrible for a 45.00 wash and gave 5$ tip. Won’t come back again!

Great place to go to bring friends and family it's a great place and staff does awesome job. Best car wash is Sparkles

It a very nice atmosphere there they do an excellent job cleaning your car and truck i love the work they do can't beat em
