This is a fascinating store! There are so many unique items. Tourists love coming to this small town store and being greeted by smiling, helpful employees!
Cool little small town hardware store.
Horrible return policy and terrible customer service. The owners are literally able to make up whatever policies they want when they want. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to McCoys where the employees VALUE their customers and will actually work to make you happy. When doing construction or any home project it is imperative to be able to have flexibility when items don’t work properly and this place will absolutely refuse to work with you and corporate customer service is basically just as bad. Lowe’s and Home Depot are the best options possible and have NEVER once given their customers trouble when making returns. Consider yourself warned and just make the drive to any place but here.
