Subway

Ok. So pulled up. No sign on, parking lot vacant. Didn’t think they were open. So I went to checked the door. They were open. Walked in she said you need a mask for me to serve you. It’s policy. Ok. So I look in pick up, I didn’t have one. Small town, 99% places don’t require one. So I was pulling out of parking lot. Saw the sign on the window, “now open for delivery amd take out”. Ok awesome. So I was leaving and called so we could get delivery. She said they don’t deliver.nn1— sign wasn’t on. So she didn’t want people coming in.n2—-I don’t mind the mask every now and then. But she said “it’s policy”. Well I called the other two subways in our county, and they said “no ma’am. Come on in”. So she didn’t want to do anything.n3— if you don’t deliver, you need to take the sign down.

This is on cisco tx , small town and they had safety measures in place. It was great to feel safe in eating out.

Nothing was prepared. Gross bathroom.

My husband, son, and I are traveling and just stopped by this Subway on our way home. We love Subway. However, this is one of the worst experiences we have ever had at a restaurant. The service was TERRIBLE!!! I waited in the truck with the camper because we parked at the gas station next to it, and they went in. My son ordered his sandwich, my hubby ordered mine, and before he could order his the lady skipped and went to the customer behind him without asking if he was done or needed more. They only had 2 breads, limited selection, as they were short stocked on a lot of their items. They did not even have what my son wanted. As my husband went to pay, then and only then did they ask if he needed anything else. He was so mad at this point that he said, No! They were not friendly, rude, and unprofessional. They didn't even wrap my foot long meat ball sub with the white inner wrap which allows you to eat one half at a time without getting messy. We are traveling, so yeah you guessed it, I'm now wearing marinara sauce. I have about 8 more hours left in this trip! The food did not taste good like normal Subways and the bread was stale. I would not even rate them with 1 star, but that option was not available! Do not bother stopping here and eating folks unless you want a horrible experience!! Not only are they, like their lily-livered counterparts at this intersection, intentionally closed off even without an immoral imposition on their operations; but they could only offer a few options. I can tolerate a business that sells much of their food, but I am increasingly intolerant of those who stubbornly worship a false fear.
