Worst police department. The City is full of underage drug addicts and drug dealers. The police department doesn't do much about it. I am not impressed. Lewisville Police department has the ability to takeover duty. They are already using their technology. What would another 16 miles be. Flower Mound could even handle it. The City is spending unnecessary tax dollars on this department. If they closed the doors real police officers could handle the job. They are good at hiding crime from the citizens.
Congratulations HVPD. Esp Leggett and Elliott. Typical cops. Typical power trips. You aren't here to keep the streets safe. No, the that would mean actually helping someone or calling a friend. You have shown you are here to reach a quota. Get a good story to tell back at the station. How about telling the stories of lives you've ruined.

The police department before 2018 was useless except a few . Includes the chief of police prior to the new one we have. They were of no help to an elderly female divorced. They lied and didn’t repeat what I said into their report. They put down things in their own words and not yours.nToday is June 11,2018 : This is the worst Police department and City Manager!! I love the city ! The police department cover up everything … The City Manager I dislike with a passion… The victims (teenagers driving) or women don’t stand a chance! I live in Denton County Texas. Denton County is the second worst County in Texas to live in …according to the data… I’m just expressing my feelings …nRe-elect a new City MANAGER!
