Called about a frozen kitchen faucet, he was able to walk me through what to do. They were very kind and it fixed the issue right away. I will definitely use them again in the future for any other plumbing issues.

The scheduling process was seamless, Mike called about 20 minutes before arriving first thing in the morning. We discussed the initial call and potential for some additional services, he quoted me a fair price that I agreed to and he came in under the quote. The whole process from scheduling, service, and billing was a great professional experience. Thanks for your help, we'll be using Lewisville Plumbing Service again for any future repairs.

Hung up on me twice when I tried to schedule service. After I submitted the review stating that he called me back. Perhaps he was just having phone issues. Plumbing seems to be professionally done though the time billed seemed a bit too high.
