All the stuff fell out of the sandwich and that's how it got wrapped. How am I supposed to eat this mess in my car? Two thumbs down. Have a little pride in your work. They want to be paid 15 dollars an hour. Lol

Jonathan went above anything we expected!! My husband ordered through DoorDash and half of order order was missing. He spoke to Jonathan on the phone and instead of the typical “ sorry call DoorDash” he responded with let me help you, I can call DoorDash please let me know the dashers name etc. About 15 mins later the remaining part of our order was delivered. Jonathan even called my husband back after calling DoorDash to let him know he resolved the issue. While this truly was a small inconvenience in terms of what is going on in the world, this kind person left a great impression on my husband and I. If I were the owner of this Subway I’d be tremendously proud to have an employee like Jonathan. Thanks for your superb customer service!!

Hagen, the manager, had amazing customer service! Very personable and funny. Sandwiches were perfect! Will definitely be back

Went to the flomo location next to sonic. Went in to order, everything was clean (good music ud83dudc4cud83dudc4cud83eudd18) super friendly chick very helpful helping my wife with her salad and my Italian bmt look better than the menu picture. Cheaper than I remember it being aswell. Definitely will return and recommend. Keep employees like that oneud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

Placed an order online via app to take advantage of their promo, buy 2 get one free deal. Arrived at the store to find a few people in line and seated waiting on orders. They had one overworked employee working that was doing his best but taking his time. They were out of steak and roast beef. So I had to make multiple changes to my order. It took about an hour to get 4 sandwiches which came to $32.44. I was credit $7.69 for the free one or it would have been $40 plus. So much for $5 foot longs!nnThe bread was dry and their was hardly any meat on the sandwiches. Not a good experience on multiple levels. I will not be back.
