I usually love Arby's ...but they are struggling here. The other night went through the drive through which took forever...had to repeat my order several times. Finally got home with my order to find my sandwich missing!...was NOT happy!!...tried calling but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. .then decided it was probably for the best...as I was HANGRY now! Went back 2 days later ..had to convince them I didn't get my sandwich...they gave me my sandwich.

Never going to this location again. Can’t seem to get the simplest orders correct. Plus the drive through takes three times as long

Ok spot for quality Cheap food. Service is always prompt even when they have a full house. The staff was very welcoming and sociable. Prices were good for how much you get.

Terrible from beginning to end came through the drive thru today the young man taking our order could honestly care less and you could tell no customer service at all. Then we pull up and he doesn't have a mask on basically throws our drinks and change at us and tells us to pull forward they'll bring our food to us. We did. My drink was wrong. My friend went in to change it got our food while inside. The fries were hot but that was it you could tell our sandwiches had been sitting there a while. The meat and cheese were both cold and the meat that was outside of the bun was crispy and gross. Never again will I visit this location. Possibly no locations in the near future. Thanks but no thanks

Check your order in the evening the gal working is pre occupied honestly to many kids working at nite the service along with the food here in Corinth/Hickory Creek suffers due to the staff I'd rather do with out. Day staff is hands down way better than the evening
