Stuck between a rock and a hard place! The salad is absolutely amazing!!! Hands down best salad in town!!! The customer service however is lacking BIG TIME!!! The ladies that work the lunch shift are the rudest people I've ever met in a restaurant! The man that works with them isn't much better either! NEVER get a thanks have a nice day or ANYTHING from them, but I continue to tell them to have a nice one ANYWAY ✌ufe0fnAfter all I'm only here for the salad anyway

If I'm paying $16 for a salad then I deserve good service and they always have attitudes and are very rude.nEach person in line was treated poorly, not just me and the workers act like they cannot stand serving their customers. I've been there 3 times now and always get the same rude treatment and I will not ever go there again.

I LOVE SALATA salads. But I have had one too many bad experiences with poor customer service in there. They never greet upon arrival (which is fine). But then I have to always wait forever for someone to take my order. They have been extremely stingy with portion sizes here lately. I have to tell them to put more than 5 spinach leaves. They sometimes don't have some of the ingredients the sign says. Which makes me not even want a salad if I can't have what is advertised. Then I have to wait again for someone to add more to it while all 10 employees are doing something else. There are toooo many employees behind the counter to have people waiting like they do.nThey are not friendly....always look mad.nI really enjoy salatas salads. Taste great every time. But I really dislike going in there. The employees need to take notes from chick-fil-a's customer service. When I go to the SALATA in Plano I NEVER have this problem like I do here in Flower mound. Disappointing.

I love the different options of salads! The chipotle chicken is my favorite with jalapeno avocado dressing.nThe staff is always nice.
