It's pretty good for the most part but I wish the subs were better like Firehouse subs.
No matter which Subway you go to, they can't seem to get your order correct whether it amounts to the right bread used from a Mobile Order to the right amount of veggies used per the customer's order request. This is simply inexcusable and as a result this location won't be getting my business going forward since they wouldn't acknowledge their mess up. Buyer beware!
This location has the worst customer service. I wish subway would train their employees. Today after waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich because the staff had not prepared tuna for lunch. They only had 1 person up front. When I attempted to pay with the app it was not going though. I asked her if she new what the issue was she said no. I have no idea? Not even an attempt to try and fix it on her end or ask a someone who knows? I eat at subway at least 2 times a week. This is by far the worst one I have been to. They are lucky there aren’t many good options in this area.
This place is probably fine if you order in store and watch them like a hawk while they're making your sandwich. They are completely incapable of filling online/app orders. 4 times in a row our sandwiches have been completely wrong. Never again.
The worst costumer service ever! Today I was denied service because I did not wear a mask. But at the same moment they allow people to eat inside .... of course without a mask ... but I was told to leave .... extreme rudeness and absurdity!
