Best Dry Cleaners Hands Down! My husband is a physician & very particular. We’ve used a lot of cleaners over the years & our clothes have never looked or smelled better since discovering them 4 years ago. My clothes often smelled prior to discovering this cleaners. I think it is because they use biodegradable detergents instead & they still get all of our stains out.nThey have even found money in my pockets and actually returned it to me. They find stains constantly that I did not even realize until they bring it to our attention. The majority of my husband’s shirts are silk Tommy Bahama shirts and I can’t brag enough on the finished product. Today’s experience is what finally made me take the time to write a review. They just miraculously got a ton of candle wax off a dress I had borrowed for a wedding that I thought I had accidentally ruined.nFrom the beginning, they have exceeded our expectations and more than met our needs.nTry them out. You will love them too!

This was the most ridiculous experience I’ve had with a dry cleaners. I took my laundry in told them no starch and one line down the center of my pants and shorts. When I went back for pick up ALL my clothes looked like they had not even been cleaned just hung up on hangars and giving back to me. Wrinkled and stained still I asked that they redo the cloths. I go back when I’m told they are ready and all my pants had 3 lines down the center and about 9 or so lines on the inseam and outer seem of the legs. It looked rediculous. I spoke with the owner Scott about it and he said that is how pants are pressed. I was insulted by this and told him I’ve been taking my laundry to the dry cleaners for my entire adult life and never seen this or had these issues. I asked that he do them once again but please no starch and one crease down the front of pants. After much more attitude Scott agreed to redue the cloths and assured me he would be there the next day to make sure they were correct. The next day I go to pick everything up and Scott is no where to be found the cloths looked WORSE than the day before! My pants had the same lines on the sides and front two of them looked like they had taken them off the hangar and purposely wrinkled and hung back up. One pair of shorts had stains that were not there the day before and a shirt was missing not top of that the shirts I did get back all had lots of starch. They seem to have maliciously go out of there way to make this a terrible experience. When I asked for a refund the staff told me they could not grant refunds so I asked for Scott they said he wasn’t there so I aske that we get him on the phone. One staff member called him and after a few minutes I was told he did not wish to speak to me and I needed to take my items and call back Monday. (This was on a Saturday) a couple hours later I received a call from an unknown number and I answered hello. Sounded like Scott so I asked if it was and he said yes. I asked him about my refund he said he wanted to talk Monday he didn’t feel like talking now. This was strange because he called me just to say that. Scott never agreed to reimburse me and I ended up calling the bank to handle the charge. Scott the owner was disrespectful, and unethical when I tried to become a new customer. He wasted my time took my money and lost one of my shirts, and He made no effort to make things right. I would caution anyone before doing business with lantana dry cleaners.
