I made a purchase through grub hub and ordered two meals that came with sides. One of the side choices was fruit salad. We received a call and said unfortunately they did not have fruit salad at the moment so , what would we like instead? I’m not a fan of most the sides so I chose corn nuggets. I already acknowledged that it may be an 80cents upcharge. The associate and manager ( I’m assuming was consulted when placed on hold) refused to charge the difference, or , as a courtesy because of the inconvenience, offer the corn nuggets in replace of the fruit salad, Instead offered to cancel the entire order because they wouldn’t give the corn nuggets as an option. So i was forced to then choose something that I may or may not eat. Just a very disappointing experience especially since the option was available online. You’d rather lose a customer (2) over an 80 cent up charge that we were willing to pay. That’s some great customer service and smart business decisions there!

The food was very tasty. I want to give it 5 stars, but I was very sad that I did not receive a roll with my dinner. My boyfriend got one and it was good! Staff was nice. Service seems a little slow though.

The quality of food and products have changed rapidly within 4 months ago. The chicken salad sandwich bread taste like Sams Club, fries are always cold and my large drink is filled with 75% ice. I don’t know what happened to your business. I will no longer be a customer. It’s not the same taste or service.

We have picked up dinner here at least once a week for the past 18 months. The employees are always professional, the food is always great, and the order is always correct. The owner must be quite an inspiration to her employees. Congrats and thanks to everyone who works hard to make this one of the best dining options in the area!

The owner must be getting cheap. She has changed her sweet tea. She has cut back on her sugar being added to the sweet not much different than unsweet tea. Otherwise the food is good. Made us fresh tenders
