I don't mind waiting if the food is hot. But do not make me wait 30 minutes to serve me dead food. My order was made and just sat there. But this is standard based off other reviews. Burger King and Jack in the box 2 minutes away would be a better option unless you're dining in.

If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would! Ordered our food at 9:35, it is 10:04 and we have yet to get our food. Employees are going on break while we (and others) have been waiting for our meals for over 30 minutes! Judging by other reviews, this is a common occurrence.nI will not return to this location again!

I'm sorry, but if you think Whataburger is better then In and Out, you're nuts, it's not even close. The food is not as good, and customer service, non existent. In and Out is just as busy, if not busier and they are way more efficient, and great customer service. I walked into this Whataburger and started wondering if I was a ghost. Someone finally noticed me and sort of helped me. I don't care how busy you are, pay attention to the customer. Chick-fil-a for example is also super busy, but guess what, they notice me, and almost every employee asks me if I need help. The only reason I gave a 3 stars instead of 1 is because they do have good food and the burgers are huge.

I came at an extremely busy time. The line for drive through was very backed up! So I went inside and the manager greeted me warmly. It took about 10 minutes to get my food but when the lady called my number she also asked if I wanted Ketchup and then after she told me to have a good day. Though they were SLAMMED, their service was amazing!

Most def would not order breakfast here again. Ordered the honey chicken biscuit meal. It came with 1 small chicken strip drizzled in honey on a dry biscuit. The hashbrown strips only came with 3. My daughter had the sausage egg and cheese biscuit and she said the eggs were super salty. Very disappointed!
