Good place to be Ignored and waste your time. I waited fifteen minutes for the cashier to finish a conversation with another employee about a return. They didn't even acknowledge me I finally decided i would set my merchandise on the counter and walk out. they looked at me and didn't say a word. No common courtesy. I went feed store were they appreciate me as a customer i was in and out in five minutes.

Aubrey Tractor Supply only did 1 thing wrong, this poor review is for their Mobile Pet Clinic! I loaded my pets up to come in today for the clinic and when I arrived, I called Tractor Supply and asked where they were? I was told the Clinic cancelled on Friday. Tractor Supply could not help the cancel BUT they should have revised their outside board with a notice! Now the Pet Clinic has done this over and over and I suggest we stop going to them! It's ridiculous! About 3 months ago my mother took all her dogs over to them and was there 15 minutes before the end and she was told to go home, they would not do any more animals! I thought I would try them 1 more time but after today... our family is done! Tractor Supply you need to be done with them also!

The manager Catherine has no respect for her employees, talking down to them in front of customers! Not to mention the Disrespect to all customers as well. I would Never shop at This store! This company has lost Wonderful employees,and kept the worst manager!!!

The Worst! I can not believe what these people did to us. I reserved a $299 coop that was already assembled. I called and informed the employee that I needed to rent a truck. She said “No problem!” Once I paid for the truck, I called to ask if they had twine in stock because it was a windy day and I wanted the coop to be secure in the open bed of the truck. A Supervisor informed me that two different employees reserved the coop for two different customers and the other customer arrived first. I was transferred to a manager who told me he could raincheck a coop and give me a 5% discount. I asked him to discount the coop $60 to cover the cost of my renting a truck, which I would not need to do for one ordered because it would fit in my SUV boxed. He told me the most he could do is 5%! Numerically, that’s $15. The manager was very dismissive about the situation. The Worst!
