Janky, non-working vacuums that wouldn't take any dollar bills, and then ate my quarters and never worked. Thanks a bunch. Had to switch vacuums multiple times, and learned that only 1 worked (which was already in use by someone else). Watched others pull up and attempt to use them all, only to leave as well. There are so many car wash options nearby, I'll definitely be going to any other one from here on out.

Comes in handy, especially when I'm feeling lazy...plus this location has both brush and brushless automation bays.

This will be the last time I go to this carwash! I went there 4/9 to use the touchless wash for $10. the dispenser took my $20 but did not return the change. I fiddled with it for a few mins, thennimmediately called them and left a message. Drove in to the wash, and the automated voice said please exit. So not only did it take the entire $20, it didnt wash the car. I left a second message, today I left a text, still no response. Guess I will be finding someplace else to wash our 3 cars!nUPDATE! 4/10/21nI was able to speak to the owner Miss Terri via FB messenger and she apologized and resolved my concern and reimbursed me for the loss Incurred on Friday. Thank you so much for your immediate response and resolution. Blue Star Car & Pet Wash Rocks! Now I dont have to find a new place to was our carsud83dude01ud83dude01.

So easy! I went for the first time today, and now I am wondering why I waited so long! 2 large golden retrievers bathed and (mostly) dried in 30 minutes! We could have added time to get them drier if needed, but they weren't in the mood for extra drying time. I loved the ease of switching from rinse to shampoo to rinse then to dry with just a tap of the buttons on the wall. Very simple to use and do one handed when you are trying to keep your pooch in place. Also, I always assumed it was just a single bathing room, but there are 2. I will definitely be back.
