Great new store. Good service but they have what appeared to be new staff so it was slower than normal. But overall great experience.
Horrible service and food. Ordered online twice. Both sandwiches were very poorly put together and both were missing cheese..... I ordered a fountain drink and the lady said I ordered the bottled drink. She clearly didn't read my order. I also get my sandwiches toasted but they were both cold and gross because they are made well before I arrive so it's not fresh. Some co-workers also ordered some sandwiches. All gross, poorly made and MISSING THE CHEESE. You lost a few customers.
I love this place, neat and well organized... online order never been missed
Horrible customer service, no one ever answers the phone, can't get orders right. The whole franchise is pathetic.
Ordered online for pick up, when I arrived location closed early and wasn’t able to pick up my online order. I have been calling for the last 3 days for refund then employee finally answers phone to be no help, tells me I will need to contact corporate but doesn’t have their number. Terrible service.
