Had a horrible food experience here this morning, I really wanted to just bring attention to the store that money is valuable and people are coming to fulfill their hunger and just want good fresh food. I personally, am a person who does not mind waiting on my food to be freshly made when ordered because I want my money’s worth ; I expect it. Angie, the manager of the store not only acknowledged this matter but went above and beyond to correct the problem. Angie showed a great deal empathy and really made me feel the total opposite of what I was feeling this morning it meant a lot to me. I certainly see why she is in the position she is in, more people of her professionalism are needed in customer service. I’m sure during her shift the food is always exceptional and hopefully the other shifts will receive the message as constructive criticism to only do better going forward. Thanks again for everything ANGIE! YOU ROCK !

My family loves Raising Cane's! Still have a stupid mask policy, even though we were ordering to take it outside, and NOBODY else was in the restaurant. Food is always good and service is always good. I believe this location has now opened their dining room.

Raising Cane's has great chicken strips and awesome french fries. We always substitute extra fries for the slaw. Make sure you try the sweet tea it is perfect. A solid sweet taste but it will not put you in a diabetic coma. of course the thing about Cane's is their sauce. The only reason I can't give it five stars is that sometimes I want gravy with my chicken and sometimes I want ranch with my chicken and here you can only get the delicious canes sauce.

I really love the service i received at this establishment! The food was hot and delicious. The chicken was nice and juicy. The staff was extremely nice and committed to their work.

Really enjoy this place I would give it a 5 star but everytime I order to-go my fries are soggy and so is the chicken.nnWhat happens is the food is placed into the container (foam) and the heat from the food rises to the top and doesn't have any ventilation to escape therefore causing the water to rest on the top and drip onto the food.nnCan I suggest maybe redesigning the Togo container and your customer satisfaction rate will improve.nnI really enjoy the food but no from the drive through.
