Terrible experience.nput an order for takeout, I had to wait over 15 min for them to bring it out.nI asked for sandwiches to be toasted, they were not.nThe bread was whatever they wanted.nI will never go back to this store, there are at lease 3 more very close by that I will recommend other people to use.
10:45am on a Wednesday (not a holiday) and they're closed. No sign saying why. Their sign clearly shows new hours are 9am open every day.
3 people in front of me. 20+ minutes inline to start my order. I felt sorry for the employees, it was obvious they didn’t know the menu or how to quickly prepare the sandwiches. The struggle was real! I asked them how things were going when I finally made it up there and they told me both had started after COVID-19 and hadn’t been trained like other new employees. Subway if you’re reading this... 9/26 employees are very nice. Please get them some training!
Short handed. Out of bread except for one kind. More like a take it leave it deal. Food line was a mess and disorganized. Veggies are jumped in mixed with other items. Definitely not coming here
I like getting a good sandwich with sweet onion, also their meatball sub is delicious. I have even found you can get a good meal out of their sandwiches without meat as long as you know your sauces and which ones you like!
