This location has improved alot since reopening. The orders have been accurate and the food is hot. We have dined in and also used the mobile app to pick up from the drive thru and had a good experience each time lately.
The food is Taco Bell! But the service is fantastic. The young kid work in the window today was fantastic.
I Ordered 4 different things on the menu through the drive thru during my lunch today. A quesadilla and 3 burritos and I asked for lots of fire sauce....why in the hell do they only put 3 fire sauce in my bag? So I call the manager and explain my situation and the response was “I’m sorry it’s a human error and won’t happen again” now I remember why I never go to this Taco Bell.
Guy on night shift had great customer service . Best service ever received at a Taco Bell tonight. Honestly.
Just got home not even a couple of minutes ago and they messed up my order for the third time in the past two days and it wasn’t even a lot it was 5 tacos I was missing one and I asked for a lot of sauce and got none or a receipt when I asked....yesterday the forget three of my tacos and gave me something I didn’t even order and then tried to make me pay again when I brought in the food and receipt..not a good start to the new building
