Friendly courteous staff and service
I dropped off 10-12 pieces on Friday and when I picked them up on Monday, only 4 pieces were there. I payed $23. Returned on Tuesday at picked up the rest and found out I owed another $43. I’m stunned. The clothes were cleaned great but $5 per garment is ridiculous. I’ll be finding a more affordable dry cleaners.
- 5 stars is what they deserve. As bad as it gets service and even worse with your clothes. Left a $1800 Louis Vuitton scarf with them and they ruined it and took no responsibility. Please read reviews and drop clothes off somewhere approaite.
These guys are noticeably overpriced which is something I can live with and would not warrant a 1 star on its own.nnHowever on top of their prices, they're also pretty terrible at dry cleaning. On only my fourth trip to the place, they completely ruined a piece of clothing that was previously in new condition. I gave them two chances to fix their mistake and somehow both times the item ended up in even worse condition.nnBig waste of my time and money. I will not be going back and I'd advise anyone to do the same.
Horrible. Every time I send something to be dry cleaned it comes back more wrinkled then when I sent it in. I always request heavy starch and that doesn’t appear to happen. Worst cleaners I’ve ever used.
