They're sandwiches are good when they get your order right. They're super slow and if you're new good luck choosing and getting what you want.
Very disappointed with the low level of energy and service from employees and the manager. Especially considering the high end neighborhood. Ordered 2 giants and a regular. Bread was hard it was overly drenched in oil and vinegar. Both giants went in the garbage. Greenville location is always on point, consistently friendly and fresh.
Horrible service. Rude employees
It is bad when you go somewhere and the credit card reader is out. The sandwiches were good and everything was up to the usual standard, but I could not get my shore points for my.purchase and had to use cash.
We love Jersey Mike’s and have been to so many around the US over the years. That said, this location, managed by amazing Alfonso, is exceptional in service, cleanliness and overall experience. The team goes above and beyond to deliver quality and they are so kind to my 5-yr-old. From now on, this location is our Jersey Mikes!! Thanks Alfonso and team!!
