I got my trousers altered with them. Not only was the work high quality, the customer service was through the roof. Having heard it’s a family business, I know how much care they would give to their brand rep. But they definitely went the extra mile to help customers feel appreciated. I couldn’t go get my pants because they were 40 mins away from my office. Sofia actually came all the way to deliver it for free. Definitely recommend.
Swiss Cleaners is the best! They are always able to remove any stain and their cleaning process preserves my clothes. Their lack of chemicals is especially important for delicate fabrics and materials. They are fast, dependable and so friendly. I love using their services!
I have been using Swiss for many years. The quality and attention to detail is exceptional. I love that it is a family run business and they are all professional and friendly . They are like family . I have moved out of the immediate neighborhood and drive there twice a week to drop off or pick up my dry cleaning. Whether it is your weekly dry cleaning or special occasion dresses, they do an excellent job!
Common laundering offered , although a bit pricey is still a very good option for service . A good company to deal with !
