This place used to be very good and very consistent. However, recently they have torn two shirts of mine. They are always torn in the same place, where the sleeve attaches to the shoulder. It seems that they must have a new, heavy-handed employee, or a new machine that is damaging shirts. At a cost of $70.00 to replace each shirt, it is getting too expensive for me to use this company.nnI've never had a problem like this at any other dry cleaners. I'll be switching to a different cleaners because I just can't keep paying to replace damaged shirts.nnI think the owner needs to review the process in back, and figure out the cause of this recurrent problem.
