I have been a J’s customer for over 25 years. I have always been impressed with their quality and staff. But they went above and beyond in providing great service recently. I took some leather pants to be cleaned. The pants were sent out to a third party for cleaning and ruined. J’s took full responsibility to replace the item for me as the cleaning disclosure was not properly explained by the staff. I have gone to other cleaners who would not have acted with that degree of professionalism. No finger pointing, just an attitude of making sure we were treated well. J’s is simply the best!!!
First class service!! I’ve been a client for years but never really needed anything special. When I realized I needed some clothes pressed for a trip they were willing to pick up our clothes from the house at 6 AM and then drop them back off at 8:30. The world needs more companies like J’s Tailor & Cleaners. Thankful

Friendly and accommodating, they are always ready to help with your specific needs and can also provide excellent tailoring. Delivery service is reliable, too. J’s Cleaners knows how to put Customers first, and will follow up personally if the need arises.
J’s customer service is fantastic. They turn things around quickly and do a wonderful job! More importantly, they are incredibly helpful and personable. Highly recommend!
I am a first time customer of J’s, having recently moved from out of town. I was very pleased with the quality of the dry cleaning as well as with the follow up from David to make sure everything turned out well. My husband and I will make them our cleaners in Dallas.
