So good and happy Ladies.
We’ve been using Lovers Lane Martinizing for many, many years. Three generations of my family use them now and we would never go anywhere else. They do an excellent job and ALWAYS treat us like family.
They treat you like you are doing a service for them. They need to learn some basic customer service. I spoke to the owner and he is even worse than his employees, now I understand why everyone is so rude there. They deserve negative stars. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS.
I took in 4 pieces 2 shirts,1 jacket,& 1pair slacks. When I got them back, 1shirt had 2 small spots on the back, and they both still needed to be ironed on the back. the jacket had multiple spots on the lining, and needed to be pressed on the back. The pants where the only thing I did not see a problem with. I took them back to show them the problems and they offered to take them back and try to correct them, 1 out of 4 may be good in baseball, but not in dry cleaning & shirts. I refused to leave them and will never return. All items were brand new & never worn.
Martinizing Cleaners are absolute thieves. Never go to this cleaner, they will ruin you clothes and charge you an absorbent rate for a job they never finish.
