Love the location. Before heading to my pilates class I swing by to drop-off my clothes and they are ready for pick-up the next morning. The staff remembers my name and always is welcoming! This is definitely a cleaners I will recommend to all.
They damaged my down jacket. They used water to clean my down jacket, all goose down were stuck together. They didn't admit they did something wrong, but claimed as manufacturer defect. I say I can't accept, then they just trash my jacket. Very bad attitude!!!
The delivery driver parked in front of where I was parked, blocking me in when I was getting in my car to leave. When I politely asked him to move his car because I needed to get out, he put his finger up and in the rudest possible tone told me it would be a minute. I've never used their services, but any company that treats people like that (when they are clearly illegally parked and clearly at fault) isn't a company worth supporting.
I've used Brantley for years, and they're fantastic!
