Visited 2 weeks ago. Girl at window was so friendly and up beat. I didnt get my debt card back, not all her fault we were laughing and I distracted her. Fast forward to tonight, traveling through Dallas again and thought, I would stop by get a snack and just check to see if by some chance my debt card was there. Got different person at window, same friendly happy attitude, ask about card and sure enough it was still there and I got it back. Just saying what a great friendly staff here and I will see you again when traveling through Dallas. The food was good and exactly what I expected, much better than our local Taco Bell. Thanks

SPEEDY STAFF?!!! LOLud83dude06ud83dude06 SLOW UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF IS MORE LIKE IT. THEY HAD 6 PEOPLE IN LINE INSIDE AND THEY COMPLETLY IGNORED ALL OF US. NO I'LL BE WITH YOU IN A SEC OR HELLO WELCOME TO TACO BELL NOTHING. THEY WERE TOO BUSY ATTENDING THE DRIVE Thru. Sad POOR MANAGMENT AND UNLESS IT'S DEAD AND NOT BUSY DO NOT GO OR YOU WILL BE THERE FOR A HALF AN HOUR!!! RIDICULOUS

No problems, I thought the order kiosk was questionable. Thet need to change the cleaner. I saw streaks which made it looks unappealing. Service was good, but i forgot my drink helping another customer cause the wad no one there helping seniors adap to the tech.

At night time this Taco Bell seems to be ran by immature children, I have been here multiple times and they’ll give an excuse on why they can’t take my order, stating the system is down. The times they do take your order the staff is usually dancing and partying with their friends, which wouldn’t be a problem if they didn’t take so long with your order. This particular location has recently turned into a high school daycare of sort..
