Took them 30 minutes to make my order I think they need to work on their speed
I ordered 4 lage onion rings and was very satisfied that they were fresh comparison to other ones the oil was dark
Never ever ever eating at another whataburger ever in this life again. I waited in line got to the window and waited some more for very nasty cold as ice burger and the fries were very very cold. Someone needs to call the health inspector they are in code violation they are leaving the food out for more than 3 hours. As much time as I spent at the window the food should have been piping hot. Even my own daughter was like mom what is this. What a 16 dollar lesson I learned never ever ever again.
They are very rude playing around laughing not doing their job they get your order wrong and then want to get mad at you for them not listening! Definitely need to hire some people that actually care about customer service! Literally worst location
