Had rated this 5 stars previously. Didn't take long for this place to go down like all the other fast food places in the area.nPulled up at 9:30pm and they didn't have tenders. Aaked if they were gonna make more since they closed at 11pm and they looked at me confused. Asked to speak to the manager and he told me they only have 1 cook and some other employees were leaving. Not sure why having 1 cook can't throw some tenders in the fryer since tenders are literally the business model. Just a really odd experience.nEnded up driving to a different location.
So disappointed. Went and ordered a family meal of chicken tenders which comes with rolls. Got home to fix my kids plates, not all my food is there. Not to mention the damn tenders are ice cold, gravy warm, fries old. What's with that? Everyone that goes here spend a good amount of money just to get thrown together meals. How pathetic
Ordered spicy chicken and got regular. The clerk clearly repeated my order and gave me regular chicken tenders. Also the sweet tea was unsweet
This Golden Chick location is hopping at 5 pm, but the staff did not miss a beat. I gave it a 4 star rating because it took a while for my food to be served (approximately 15 minutes for a one order dine in); otherwise, my food was piping hot, the sweet tea was soooo great, and the super sweet cashier (young lady with pretty blue eyes) served me and kept me informed regarding my order delay. During her non-existent downtime, she maintain dining area cleaning surfaces and chairs. Everything was neat and clean with dine-in, curbside, and drive-thru options available.
Customer service was decent, but they served old dry chicken and forgot to give condiments that I had paid for.
