Love the Food, but they don't ask if you want condiments and you don't get condiments (drive thru). And on top of that, they didn't add ice to my drink!nWhich was ok, but unusual unless you ask for it. (I guess).nI'll go there again. Just lesson learned for a first timer.
Don’t waste your time ordering from this place, employees are very rude, tried calling the phone number to speak with the manager and it rings and rings and then sounds like a fax machine. The fish was very soggy not cooked, French fries were cold, Pepsi was flat with no ice and they forgot to give me the cole slaw that comes with the 2 piece fish and more.
The WORST service ever! I ordered and they did not even cook my food! They had the car behind order ready and tried to give to me. I think they gave my order to the car in front of me. After waiting several minutes after I told them they were giving me the wrong order, I asked where’s my order?? And the girl looked confused! She asked the others standing around if they knew where my order was and no one knew. Then they said they have to cook more chicken because there was only fish! And I would have to wait another 7 minutes. I asked for a refund and she asked for my receipt. I told her she never gave it to me!! But I gave her exact change!
Waited 30 minutes in line to have the lady in drive thru tell us they not accepting cards. Cash only is accepted. I complained about there not being any signs or notices put up. She then said they haven’t accepted cards all day. This is terrible customer service.
Restrooms closed, dining room closed. Came in to the place and was going to order take out buy nobody would wait on us. Others were gathered at the counter and all have been waiting different times on their food. We cut our loses and left before we ordered. Horrible customer service.
